Dr. Andonuts suddenly becomes very glad he water proofed his TV and N64.
See! I told you! The kid's a genius! Before MacGyver goes to bed at night, he checks his closet for Dr. Andonuts!
He takes out a force feild projecter and sets it to put a force feild over the area where his stuff is, including the TV and N64.
As he did it twice in a sentence, we note 'feild' wasn't a typo. He just wasn't a spelling bee champion.

Actually, I found this pretty amusing. Thanks for your help saving the girl from the deadly sea monster! I'll be god damned if you're going to bring harm to my N64, Krapen or Kramen or whatever the hell your name is. I actually like his attitude as a refreshing change from the rush-into-battle mentality of most IF'ers.
Then he switches N64 cartriges to Starcraft, 8-player version.
He's probably the kind of guy that leaves the other 7 players idle so he can win with ease.

Everyone ran back into the hotel, carrying several TVs, N64s, and the snack table. Everyone set up in the lobby and started partying again. "Typical." One guest grumbled "A PERFECT vacation, until it starts pouring rain. I bet it'll quit raining when we leave."
I never did comprehend people that do this. Do you expect complaining to change the weather? Deal with it.
"You're probably right" Luna grumbled, wring her hair out in a towel. "But we should at least try to have a good time... maybe we could play... parcheezi!" Everyone groaned, and fell over, anime-style.
"What!? What did I say!?"
Parcheezi is underrated.

Mog started to wander how come so many posts came so fast.
The last six posts came in the span of a half an hour, including four in the last 12 minutes. In the starmen.net of 2000, that was unfathomable speed of posting, probably never before seen. And to reiterate, 60 posts already qualifies the Gathering as one of the most successful threads in the SM.Net forums' brief history. You cannot overstate what a sensation this was at the time.
anyways, Mog walked over to the 8-player Starcraft and started to play. He had never played before, so he lost and flung his controller at the wall.
I imagine it's hard to try to play Starcraft on an N64 controller.
"I'm sick of losing." He walked over to the Snack table, and started to chow down.

(I wish these would really happen, at least the get together part. I can rent a party hall)
LOL. What, you're not game for the fighting evil sea monsters part?

(I'd cater the food and buy the snacks!)
You know what? Luna never officially rescinded this offer. Therefore, it still stands. And I'm going to take her up on it.

Post #60, by Prince of the Stars

Prince started to get bored from playing video games. "I wish it would stop raining" he said. Then someone pulled out a game of twister, and everyone rushed tward it but Prince. He walked outside in the rain, just to get wet, it was the only thing that he could think of.
This kid has issues.
